- Gauge: Not crucial, but approx. 30 sts and 15 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in lace pattern (after light blocking)

Stitch Guide (US Terms):
- ch – chain
- sl st – slip stitch
- sc – single crochet
- dc – double crochet
- tr – treble crochet
- picot – ch 3, sl st into first ch made
Pattern Notes:
- Worked in rows, turned after each row.
- Each “crown” or “coronet” is a repeatable motif.
- For a cleaner look, lightly block the finished trim.
Stitching Instructions for Making the Coronet Lace Trim Pattern Pattern:
Row 1 (Base Row):
Ch multiple of 12 + 1 (e.g., ch 49 for 4 repeats). Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn.
Row 2 (Foundation Arches):

Row 5 (Crowning):
- Ch 1, sc in sc, dc in next 2 dc, picot, dc in next dc, picot, dc in last 2 dc, sc in next sc, ch 3, repeat from to across.
- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Finishing Instructions
- Gently block lace trim to open up stitches and enhance crown details.
- Use steam or wet blocking method depending on fiber used.
