Stuffing:

  • Gently stuff the body of Curlie with toy stuffing (such as Fairfield Poly-Fil).
  • Be sure to stuff it evenly, but don’t overstuff to keep the shape soft and flexible.

Attaching the Face:

  • Use black embroidery floss to create the facial features (eyes, nose, etc.).
  • You can use a water-soluble marking pen (such as Wrights Water Soluble Marking Pen) to sketch the face design lightly before stitching.
  • Attach felt pieces (if desired) using beige sewing thread to add details like cheeks or other embellishments.

Finishing Touches:

  • Using an embroidery/sewing needle and beige thread, sew on any final details such as small decorative elements (e.g., cheeks, accents, etc.).
  • Use the tapestry needle to weave in any loose ends securely, ensuring everything is neatly finished.
