Little Mermaid Amigurumi

Pattern Description:

This crochet pattern guides crocheters in creating a “Little Mermaid” amigurumi doll. It is a free, detailed pattern, intended for personal use to reproduce this specific character.

Materials Needed & Measurements:

  • Yarn:
    • YarnArt Jeans is the recommended brand, which comes in one size and is typically worked with a 3 or 3.5 mm hook.
    • Colors required: Pink, Light Pink, White, Peach, Turquoise, Light blue, Navy blue, Green, Mint green, Red, Violet, and tiny scraps of Black for eye embroideries. All yarn should be of the same size.
  • Hook:
    • 2.0 mm hook.
    • 3.0 mm hook.
  • Notions:
    • Tapestry needle.
    • 8mm black safety eyes.
    • Stuffing (poly fiber fill or other).
  • Measurements: Finished size: approx. 13 x 5 cm (with YarnArt Jeans & 2.0 mm hook, worked tightly)

      • Follow Pink Dress, but:

        • Stop at R14 (shorter skirt).
        • Sleeves: use dc instead of popcorn.
        • Closure: tie straps or add tiny buttons.
      • Bow (Light Blue)

FO. Cinch center, wrap with separate 9-sc strip. Attach to head with bobby pin or sew.
