- Switch to yellow (cut black yarn and weave tail in):
- RND 22: SC around [48]

- Stuff firmly as you go. After RND 29, fasten off and use FLO to weave the hole closed. Tuck the tail inside.
Wings (Make 2 in white):
- RND 1: Magic circle, (SC) x 6 [6]
- RND 2: (INC) x 6 [12]
Now switch to working in rows:
- ROW 3: CH 1, turn. SC x 10.
- ROW 4: CH 1, turn. (SC, INC) x 5 [15]
- ROW 5: CH 1, turn. (2 SC, INC) x 5 [20]
- ROW 6: CH 1, turn. (3 SC, INC) x 5 [25]
- Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Assembly Tip:
To shape wings into a soft pleat, fold each into an “M” shape, then secure with a few stitches through the fold. Sew each wing above the eyes, about 4 stitches apart, along the top black stripe.
Face Details:
- Eyes: Place safety eyes between RNDs 4 and 5, aligned with the magic circle. Or, cut two 2″ black and two 1″ white felt circles. Glue whites atop blacks and attach as eyes.
- Eyebrows (optional): Using black acrylic yarn, stitch diagonally above each eye for a frown/scowl. Weave in and glue to secure.
- Cheeks (optional): With pink chunky yarn, weave across 3 rounds near each eye for rosy cheeks. Tuck in ends and secure with glue.
- Mouth: Using black yarn, stitch a simple smile across 5 stitches below the eyes. Exit and re-enter the magic circle to finish the loop. Tuck and glue ends.
Final Touches:
Fluff, hug, and admire your plush bee! Jumbo is perfect for gifting or snuggling on cozy days. Experiment with expressions and colors to make your bee unique.
