Abbreviations Used:

Ch 12 (or adjust based on desired cuff height).
Row 1: Work 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (11 sts)
Rows 2-40: Turn, ch 1, work sc blo in each st across. This creates a stretchy ribbing texture. (11 sts per row)
- Tip: Adjust the row count to fit the circumference of your leg snugly. The ribbing should stretch slightly when worn.
Fold the cuff in half. Join the two edges using sl st through both loops of each st across. Fasten off AC.

Using the 2.5 mm hook, attach MC to the edge of the cuff.
Foundation Round: Work sc evenly around the ribbed cuff edge, ensuring you have an even number of sts. Join with sl st to the first sc.
