Abbreviations:

Ch 4, sl st into the first ch to create a ring.
Round 1:
- Ch 3 (counts as first dc), 2 dc in the ring, ch 2,
- (3 dc in the ring, ch 2) repeat 3 times,
- Sl st into the 3rd ch of the beginning ch 3 to join.
Round 2:
- Ch 3, 2 dc in the same ch 2 space,
- Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in next ch 2 space, repeat 2 more times,
- Ch 1, 3 dc in the last ch 2 space, ch 2,
- Sl st in the 3rd ch of the beginning ch 3.

Round 3 (With Fisherman Color):
