  • Attach the head to the neck section of the body. Use the yarn to securely stitch the head into place.
  • Add any spikes, horns, or eyes using embroidery floss or beads to decorate your mini dinosaur.

Finishing Touches

  • Stuffing: Lightly stuff the body, head, and tail to give the dinosaur its shape. Be sure not to overstuff, as it should still retain a somewhat squishy, plush look.
  • Hanging Loop: Attach a small piece of yarn or ribbon to the top of the dinosaur’s head to create a loop for hanging.

Optional Variations:

  • Color Choices: Experiment with different colors for the dinosaurs. For example, create a “T-rex” with green yarn or a “Triceratops” with blue and purple yarn. You can also change up the body, legs, and head colors to give each dinosaur a unique personality.
  • Spikes: Use small crochet spikes on the back to give your dinosaur an even more distinctive look. Simply make small chains and attach them with a whip stitch.
