- Start Heel Rows (Work Flat on Partial Stitches):
- Turn and work only 19(20, 21, 21) sc across.
- Do not ch1 when turning. Simply turn and ensure no sts are skipped.
- Heel Rows (Repeat for Height):
- SM: Repeat this row 6 more times (7 total rows).
- M: Repeat this row 7 more times (8 total rows).
- L: Repeat this row 8 more times (9 total rows).
- XL: Repeat this row 9 more times (10 total rows).
- Heel Shaping (Decrease Rows):
- Row 1: Work 7 sc, sc2tog, 1(2, 3, 3) sc, sc2tog, 7 sc. Stitches remaining: 17(18, 19, 19).

- Close the Heel:
- Pull up the last loop slightly and remove the hook.
- Fold the heel in half with the right sides together.
- Insert the hook from the opposite side of the last stitch worked.
- Grab the loose loop and pull it through to the other side.
- Ch1 to secure.
Cuff Section (Worked in Rounds)
- Rejoin for Cuff:
- Work evenly around the opening of the slipper as follows:
- 10(11, 12, 13) sc down the first side.
- 11(12, 12, 13) sc across the toe area.
- 10(11, 12, 13) sc along the other side. Total: 31(34, 36, 39) sts.
- Use a stitch marker to mark the first stitch of the round. Continue working in continuous rounds.

- Finishing:
- Cut yarn and fasten off securely.
- Turn the slipper inside out and use a darning needle to close any gaps in the heel.
